Meet Our Coaches

With over 10 coaches at our facility, you will constantly be surrounded by trainers certified in a variety of areas, whose #1 goals are to make you feel comfortable.

When you walk into our gym, you will never have to worry about not knowing what to do.

We are not a gym full of intimidating equipment, we are a gym full of everyday people, with coaches who are here to help you every step of the way.

Our coaches all understand that fitness is not an easy process.

We are mothers, fathers, professionals, and human beings, and each of us understand both the excitement and frustration of reaching fitness goals.

At Mirror Image Athletics, we believe that fitness should be fun.

All of our coaches are advocates of that philosophy. We take fitness and overall health seriously, but understand that long-term fitness is about balance. Our coaches will always encourage you to be the best and healthiest versions of yourself, but we promise they won't slap a donut out of your hand (unless you are on their team during a nutrition challenge—then, you are on your own).

When it comes to coaching, it's not the world's longest list of certifications that we strive for.

What we do strive for, however, is to be your biggest encouragers, to be 100% relatable, and to always be understanding.
