We have an entire second building full of equipment dedicated for you to come and go at your own will to workout during hours. This membership gives members access to all of our fitness equipment and is more appropriate for members who have special programming, as it does not give access to our programming and classes.
This special class focuses on the major Olympic lifts (Snatches and Clean & Jerks), along with accessory movements to improve these lifts. This class is perfect for those new to weightlifting or advanced lifters who are looking to improve their technique. All MIA members receive a special discount for this course.
